Package terms and conditions:
All visits must be used within 12 months. Unused visits expire after 12 months. Unused visits are not transferable and not refundable.
Infrared light therapy is included in the package at TOS rate.
Any other service will be paid separately at TOS rates including but not limited to Cupping Massage, Ear Seeds, Ear Press Needles, Kinesio taping.
