Katrina has been with Essential Acupuncture since 2025. With a background in Western healthcare, specifically working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she brings an understanding of holistic patient care that is unrivaled. Patients and coworkers love her sunny attitude and the exceptional kindness she brings to the clinic. 

Her strong work ethic and attention to detail made her a great fit to move into the role of Billing Specialist, where she manages insurance payments. Her favorite thing is seeing a patient's claims get covered by insurance, even when it takes some extra effort. Outside of work, Katrina loves gardening, exploring local parks, and getting out on the water.
