Jinwon lee (james), PH.d., L.ac.

Dr. James Lee is a Washington State-licensed acupuncturist and NCCAOM-certified practitioner with experience working in blended Western and Eastern medicine clinics. He earned both a Bachelors and Master degree in Korean Medicine at Sangji University, and a Ph.D in Korean Medicine at Kyung Hee University, one of South Korea's top-ranked medical schools. 

With fifteen years of experience working as a Clinical Director in hospitals across Korea and his time as a faculty member at Dongguk University Los Angeles (DULA) here in the States, Dr. Lee brings a unique blend of Eastern and Western medical expertise to his practice. Dr. Lee’s contributions to the field of medicine have been recognized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea for his outstanding medical service at the Olympic Press Center during the 2018 Winter Olympics. 

During his career dedicated to advancing healthcare, Dr. Lee has operated multiple clinics and hospitals that integrate traditional and modern medical approaches, ensuring comprehensive care for patients. Dr. Lee's clinical focus lies in internal medicine, with a specialization in gastroenterology and supportive care for patients undergoing cancer treatments. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in pain management and rehabilitation, providing holistic and compassionate care to those in need.
